Happy weekend everyone! Any fun plans or adventures going on this weekend? Cold here in my neck of the woods, brrrrrr.

I don't know how i haven't done a set of affirmations on this topic yet, it was a fantastic suggestion. So here is "Removing Phone Addiction." You know what overusing your phone is, most of us all do!

Conquer phone addiction with these uplifting affirmations to program a phone-free happy mindset that will help reduce the time you spend on your phone. Like any digital activity, using your phone can be both fun and educational, and communicating with others via mobile can be uplifting and excellent for making positive connections. But spending too much time on your phone can become addictive and a time waster,  as well as detrimental to mental health and overall productivity. Possessing the ability to limit and control the amount of time spent on your phone and reducing the need for constant checking for notifications are important skills to have in this digital age.

I am still working on a few existing requests and there have been a few new ones that I have added to my list so know that I have received them and am working to get them right!

I love you all and thank you so much for the support here on Patreon. Sending you another dose of super duper positive vibes. LOVE YOU ALL!

XOXO
