A house of someone who cannot complain about the lack of funds. Two floors with all the necessary rooms, including a sleeping area for servants and a treasure room.

Consider making it a home of a merchant, politician, guild leader, a knight without a castle. The map might be useful for a simple visit, a stealth mission, or an investigation. I'm sure you already have an idea for it.

There are several variants of this map:
