11 minutes of me struggling to get downstairs to make me something to eat in two long leg cast. One cast bent at the knee and ankle rendering that leg completely useless. And my other casted leg straight with a slight bend and cast shoe for traction. And as you can imagine, it’s definitely not easy trying to get around. Actually, it’s pretty tiring. It takes a lot of energy just to move.
