CarLink Hotfix for BeamNG.drive 0.40 (Patreon)

BeamNG.drive 0.40 changed how interior camera work, which broke CarLink’s touchscreen interaction. The fix is now available for both Standard and First Access. -> https://www.patreon.com/collection/2242427?view=expanded

As a bonus, CarLink now uses the active camera’s mouse ray, so it should work with most modded cameras too. If you find one that still has trouble, let me know.
