I  wanted to show the difference between what happens if you're in the love triangle, or if you are just in a romance with Adam/Ava but have Nate/Nat as your BFF…

IF IN LOVE TRIANGLE

I stumble back as my hand is suddenly released when Nate/Nat rips Adam/Ava away from me and shoves him/her back.

The team leader crashes into a counter, sending test tubes and jars to shatter on the tiled floor.

"What the Hell are you doing?" Nate/Nat growls, standing with an arm out across my body.

Adam/Ava blinks, leaning back against the counter and taking deep, heavy breaths.

"I…." Adam/Ava looks at me with a pained gaze, only for Nate/Nat to step in front of me to cut off the look.

IF NATE/NAT BFF

I stumble back as my hand is suddenly released when Nate/Nat yanks Adam/Ava around to face him/her.

"What are you doing?" Nate/Nat questions with a worried frown. He/She passes an examining glance over the team leader as Adam/Ava remains quiet.

Finally, Adam/Ava  blinks through his/her daze, shaking his/her head.

He/She turns to look over his/her shoulder at me as Nate/Nat releases his/her hold on him/her.

Adam/Ava's entire body slumps. He/She snaps his/her gaze away from me.

"I…." He/She struggles to finish his/her sentence.
