Wow! Eleven years!!!

Can't quite believe it's been this long since the release of The Lady's Choice on Itch.io, and that it's still going strong!

It was one of Mishka's biggest projects at the time and she learnt a lot from it which she has applied to The Wayhaven Chronicles over the years!

Crazy to think it's been so long! I remember being back in my university dorm, having recently ish gotten into otome games and desperately trying to find anything in English. I came across The Lady's Choice and absolutely fell in love with it. I don't think I'd ever actually have found interactive fiction as a medium if it weren't for this game, which years later led me to Wayhaven. I did a replay fairly recently. Still a wonderful little game ♥️

Oh wow, I think The Lady's Choice was how I first found Mishka (before Wayhaven), and it's still one of my favourite indie otomes!! I've replayed it many times (and I'm tempted to replay now again for the anniversary). Amesbury was my favourite after his route was released, but I've still got a soft spot for Captain Blake 💖. Also I highly recommend Regency Love on iOS for anyone that liked The Lady's Choice, it's another great Jane Austen inspired Regency era game!

I didn't know about this game before this post. Just finished my 1st playthrough, and I ended up picking the LI that goes back and forth with their feelings/actions. Finding that out was very amusing for me as an A mancer lolol. But I loved it a lot!
