Now, get ready for a heart-warming scenario in this month's ask!  

Picture this: your MC's love interest falls asleep, their head gently resting on your MC's shoulder. What would your MC do in this sweet moment?

Take a sec for them to notice then freeze up, before smiling softly, getting as comfortable as they can w/o disturbing them and let them sleep as they prob need it. If "we don't need much sleep" vamps fall asleep on you they prob are in need of a good snooze

You know when my cat curls up on my lap and goes to sleep I won't dare move him, it is a crime to even hypothetically think of moving and potentially wake him up. I imagine it would be a lot like that, guess I am taking a nap now too. All of us could use a nap anyway.

Absolutely melt because my MC's LI is Mason, and she knows how much he hates being any form of vulnerable around people. She'd then go into full-on protective mode, glaring at anyone nearby making any noise (Don't you dare, F)

It depends on which vampire it was. If it's F or N, my MC would try to gently move them so their head was resting in his lap (he's a short king after all) and then cover them with a blanket if it was nearby. If it's M or A, they would try to just cover them with a blanket as best as he could; he knows it's a large sign of trust for either of them to let their guard down enough to sleep, let alone sleep ON him, so he'd make sure they were as warm and as comfortable as he could without disturbing them too much. He's also going to be on the verge of a happiness overload while A is sleeping against them! XD "OMG, this is like a cuddle. OMG WE'RE CUDDLING!"

My F and N MC's would cuddle right up and go to sleep with them (Secure attachment lol). My M MC would indulge the opportunity to just pet and give affection. She struggles with vulnerability. She would feel like she could let out her softness for a minute. She would love on M until they woke up. My A MC would be scared to touch and have to force down a storm of feelings. There would be a lot of confusion and longing while she tried to balance being in love with self-respect and A's wishes. Eventually she wouldn't be able to stop herself from holding A. She would just try to be in the moment, albeit very still.

M-mancer: At this point? Stay as still as possible for fear of waking Mason and him moving away. After she's secure that he's actually with her? Wrap an arm around him, brush her lips over the top of his head, and shift a bit so he'd be more comfortable and wouldn't get a crick in his neck (yeah, vampire, but it can still hurt to sleep wrong!). Either way, she'd love having him sleeping like that, and it'd make her stupid happy (even if she'd try to pretend it didn't). A-mancer and N-mancer: They'd both just smile and let them stay there. F-mancer: She'd fall asleep, too, lol.

At this point in the A romance I can only assume the sleep is the result of an apocalyptically bad day so my MC would probably be tiredly worried and then just pass out as well.

Sudden POV, because why not. When Adam's head lowered on my shoulder, I let a small smile settle on my lips. The vampire had been fighting sleep for the past half hour, stubbornly blinking away the drowsiness. But the lulling sound of rain outside and the cosy crackle of the fireplace eventually won the battle. I carefully took Adam's palm in my hands, gently stroking the cool skin and tracing intricate patterns with my fingers. When I'd had enough, I nuzzled my face into his blond hair, breathing in the familiar scent. Warmth spilled into my chest, wrapping around my restless heart. I would steal that moment of intimacy and hide it in the far corners of my mind. So the next time Adam keeps the usual but so unbearable distance, those memories will give me the strength not to fall apart. Tomorrow there will be miles of unspoken words between us, but tonight we'll share one dream for two. And I hope that someday, a moment like this will be just one of many, instead of the only one.

Logan would smile at how lucky he is to get some unexpected Adam softness and take the chance to get some well deserved cuddles in. ;) He would absolutely tease Adam about this later though lol

Love this ask! N mancer: Gently coax Nate to bed, and cuddle in to sleep A mancer: Remind herself she *isnt* in love with Adam and just lets herself relax and let him sleep (he needs it!) M mancer: Tense up. Not used to this! Stay there as long as Mason is asleep and definitely make a sarcastic comment F mancer: all the Felix snuggles on the couch!

Karina would rest her head on top of Farah's and close her eyes with a content smile. Danai wouldn't know what to do at first but then she'd slip her arm around Nate's shoulder and play with his hair.

Mason-mancer would probably tense up and freak out for a moment like "what do i do?? Do i just not move!?!" Then relax a bit and just enjoy it for as long as possible before he woke up and act like nothing happened even tho their face would be kinda red. My F-mancer would honestly die of cuteness and snuggle him closer there is no need to not be upfront with F

-Luca would probably be a little agitated at first, as he would consider it time that he wouldn't be able to accomplish much. However, as he looked at Nate sleeping soundly he would swallow his irritation and melt into the moment. Thoroughly enjoying a moment of peace with the person he coming to love. He would gently rest his head atop Nate's and let the feeling of bliss sink into his soul, whether or not he sleeps he would be grateful for the rest and feeling of relief from his very stressful life. -Winona would lose her mind. Instant butterflies and blushes and puffed chests of pride that Morgan felt content enough with her to show such vulnerability. She would very very carefully turn her body so that she could hold her until they both fell into sleep's embrace, Morgan in her arms. She would definitely tease her about it when they wake up as well. -Ella would be SO thrilled but keep it together like a professional. Watching Ava: ancient, wise, and tall imposing walls instantly leveled as her face turned from hard to soft and her hair and breath tickling Ella's neck. She would do everything in her power to remain still. To give Ava a moment of true peace and the respite she deserves from the harshness she has endured. -Fiore would wake Felix up, no question. An opportunity to sleep means and opportunity to cuddle. Big "let's go take a nap in bed" vibes. They wouldn't hesitate to nuzzle and smooch as the opportunities presented themselves. They would feel little guilt for interrupting his rest, he hardly needs it after all. Fiore is much more interested in speding rare moments of time together awake than asleep. They would be a puddle of limbs and kisses until eventually Fiore finally fell asleep with a deep sense of contentment and happiness coloring their dreams.

Awww, I can’t imagine any of my MCs wouldn’t just let them sleep! Especially my F-mancer! I think my N-mancer might be a little squished but he will suffer it for N! My M-mancer would be shocked that M would do that… but he would sit still and let M sleep as long as he wanted. Even hours if need be. Tho at that point him might just fall asleep too. I think my A-mancer would be torn between thinking it’s incredibly sweet and being annoyed she does after what A pulled. But if A is at that point they probably need that sleep so she’ll let him… and tease him mercilessly after he wakes up

Well, I romance Adam, so if he fell asleep on MC's shoulder, I think she'd check his pulse and breathing first, cause clearly something is wrong. Then, upon realizing what's going on, she'd begin to weep silently and take more pictures than is reasonable.

I mean; my "main" MC is romancing M so he woud be VERY still. Short and impossible to win fight with growing blush and smile would be here as well.

My MC would be amazed A allowed themselves to lower their guard down enough to fall asleep in general, (but from what I've read, and what my MC doesn't know, that A can't help but feel/do things that they normally wouldn't do around the detective/agent)

I think she would try to gently shift them into a more comfortable position and let them rest as long as they like. She is always up for some cuddling and wants her LI to get rest and not end up with a crick in their neck (She forgets about their healing abilities sometimes).

As an f and m mancer my mc would love the time with f and how comfortable they feel around mc and seeing f actually slowed down for once. For m it's a lot of emotions m actually trusting mc to see them vulnerable and thinking they are safe and comfortable enough around mc to be able to sleep peacefully.

My MC Cherise would be flattered and relieved that Nate trusted her and felt comfortable enough to fall asleep on her, would definitely cherish the moment, maybe tease him about it a little later but encourage him to again in the future

All of my MCs would be so flattered and touched. They would not move an inch. My A-mancers, however... oh, there would be teasing.

Sam (F-mancer) would probably rest her head against theirs and fall asleep like they're two kids tuckered out in the backseat of the car after a day at the park. Ellie (N-mancer) would stroke their hair absently and kiss their forehead, totally tickled about the situation. Ever (M-mancer) would most likely be surprised at the trust of the gesture and how much she wants to keep that trust, so she wouldn't move. But she would 100% tease (and flirt by proxy) when they woke up, "I'm usually the one causing the need, but you can still lean on me for a rest anytime you want, sunshine."

My detective Ximena would just try to make Adam as comfortable as possible at first, and then take a moment to stroke his hair and imagine for a minute... And then she'd let him rest for as long as possible.... I haven't played in a while! Gonna have to change that!

The MCs who are romancing Nate, Mason, and Farah would do, what I consider, the normal thing and cuddle them back. But my 3 that aren't in a relationship ... - Sage is romancing Ava and has a (60%) shy flirt status with her. They didn't kiss, in fact sent Ava away when it started "getting weird". Sage is aware that Ava doesn't want to want them and when the option for the MC to back away comes up I always take it. So they would be conflicted about whether to let Ava sleep (since she obviously needs it) or to wake her up (as that's what she'd probably prefer). In the end they'd text best friend Nat asking if they should wake Ava up or not. - Then there's Gwen who I created to suffer (Sorry Gwen) She did do the whole confess her love and kiss thing with Adam and is now (at least on the inside) a heartbroken mess. So she would freeze when his head hit her shoulder, get teary eyed over what they could have together if Adam would just let it happen, get mad about the whole thing and shove him off of her. Bonus points if he ended up on the floor, Once he was awake she'd start an argument. - Nat's MC is a feral cat but he does love her. Hasn't said it but knows that's how he feels. If she fell asleep on him he'd be very still and find it very sweet... But then he's trapped there with all those soulmate feelings flooding him and he couldn't avoid it with sarcasm or going to do something else. And since he has to sit there with his feelings and examine why he's denying them something they both want so much... I can see him finally deciding to take the leap. If it ends terribly then so be it. At that point he'd wake her up and tell her he wanted to be together, because he knows if he waited until she woke up he'd loose his nerve.

My F-mancer would stay as still as possible, well maybe sneak a quick kiss before staying still. But knowing that this high energy vampire needed rest would put my Detective in a protective mode and melt into puddle of how cute they are.

Linnéa/ Linni (A-mancer) would have a halfway panic attack after the kiss fiasco. But let them sleep, then try to hide how uncomfortable they where with sarcastic comments when they woke up. And make jokes to try to deflect how they feel. Lyra ( N-mancer) would just cuddle up and enjoy the warmth and happiness they feelt with N. And hope they feel the same. Probably say something like "welcome back handsome/pretty" with a happy smile when they woke up. Dawn (M-mancer) would be so happy that M feelt that safe with them. But be so nervous that they would not dare to move. Even if it started to hurt or they got stiff. Just smile and ask if they sleep well when they woke up. Aurora/Rory (F-mancer) would just go: "Ah hell yeah!" Cosy up close and sleep like the dead. Best sleep they would have had in months. Suggest when they woke up that this should be an everyday thing.

My main mc who is romancing m would stay very still and trying to process the emotions that are going on in her brain since neither her or m can admit they obviously are in love shed def play it off like she didn’t even notice and then think about how nice and perfect M’s head felt on her shoulder
