Hey, everyone!  If you made it to the first ever live Drunk & Dangerous last night, thank you so much!  I had such a fun time interacting with everyone and reading the first 13 chapters of this truly awful fan fiction for you guys, and I can't wait to do it again next month!

For those who couldn't make it but want to listen, please enjoy this recording of last night's drunken reading and ranting shenanigans.  Love you guys!

I'm making next month's show 7 pm EST on a Saturday so hopefully more people can attend (especially my European patrons)!

38:20 is where she starts reading. Thanks again for reading the author's notes DA. This fanfic wouldn't be the same without them. 43:30 Timestamp for Chapter 2 47:40 Chapter 3 58:54 Chapter 4 1:02:49 Chapter 5 1:05:32 Chapter 6 1:10:49 Chapter 7 1:25:44 Chapter 8 1:33:14 Chapter 9 Also, no music during these intermissions, folks. Just so you're aware. Just play "Hedwig's Theme" or "Harry's Wondrous World" during intermissions on your own computers and you're all set.

This fan fiction is so painful but you make everything amazing! It was an honor to attend! 💗

Thoughts on Chapter 1: She was born with no hair. She couldn't have been named "Ebony" for her hair. Amy Lee is the lead singer for Evanescence. As far as what this fanfic has to do with the song "My Immortal", that's about all you get. Anyway, now you know, so please don't "get da hell out of here". Hogwarts is in Scotland, not England. Also, if you're at Hogwarts, you're under a strict dress code. You ain't wearing any of that shit. Also, how expensive is Hot Topic? How much money would you have to spend on all these clothes and accessories? Also, snow and rain? You mean SLEET? Also, if you don't want preps staring at you, don't wear miniskirts and fishnets in the middle of rainy snowy winter.

Net Neutrality

Thoughts on Chapter 2: She woke up in her bedroom? As opposed to where? How did she get a coffin into her room? Who drinks blood from a bottle? And DA, you're not the only one whose mind immediately went to a baby bottle. Also, four pairs of earrings in her pierced ears? As opposed to where? Did Raven wake up, grin at Ebony, flip her hair, and THEN she opened her eyes? Also, their dialogue sounds preppy to me.

Net Neutrality

Thoughts on Chapter 3: "Corset stuff"? How is she so descriptive yet so vague when describing the outfits? Maybe she has to drink blood since she slit her wrists. Doesn't Draco HATE Muggle things? Why would he use a flying car instead of his broom? Also, Hogwarts is isolated from the outside world. Why is Good Charlotte playing in Hogsmeade? Also, how can Draco mosh while depressed? Also, Hilary and Joel broke up years ago, Ebony. Also, "crawled back into the Mercedes Benz"? In their skins? These wounds they will not heal?

Net Neutrality

Thoughts on Chapter 4: If they walked out of the flying car, how did they not fall to their deaths? Also, did Draco climb on top of her while she was standing? Also, there's no way anyone 17 or older wrote this sex scene.

Net Neutrality

Thoughts on Chapter 5: Just so you know folks, it's "ludacris fools" and not "ludicrous fools". I've read this so you don't have to. Also, "keenly"? "Pallid"? Someone's using a thesaurus. How does having sex in the Forbidden Forest make you a "mediocre" dunce? Also, I can definitely buy that Snape would let Ebony and Draco off the hook. He never, ever, EVER punishes his Slytherins. Also, people have made fanart of this story. Here's a taste http://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/photo.goodreads.com/hostedimages/1380379040i/735091._SX540_.png

Thoughts on Chapter 6: How can a satanist/vampire wear crosses in her ears? That Count Chocula cereal must be imported, since it ain't in Scotland. Maybe she said red blood as opposed to silver unicorn blood? But if she drank unicorn blood....no, let's not go there. Also, HOLD UP. At 1:09:30...why do I remember DA having a MUCH harder time trying to work up the nerve to speak in an accent while high during the live performance? Maybe he "whimpered" because he's just a poser who likes to drink blood, and he's intimidated by meeting an actual vampire. At least she's not saying "said" all the time.

Net Neutrality

Thoughts on Chapter 7: Why does this chapter have a title, and none of the others do? And admittedly, it's hard to call Ebony a Mary Sue (for now) because she hasn't done anything OP. "He put his boy's thingie in mine"...in your boy's thingie? Did you two sword-fight? Also, if Vampire is currently in Snape's class, why isn't Draco there with him? Didn't Harry always have Potions class with the Slytherins just so Malfoy and Snape could gang up on Harry?

This was so much fun...i was glad to be able to catch this live...can't wait for next month.

I’m so excited for the next one!! I had a blast yesterday! And honestly, the long rant (if you can even call it that) at the beginning was the therapy session I didn’t know I needed. I felt so validated in my desires to eat Taco Bell and pursue my interests. The terrible story was a nice added bonus, too! ☺️

Jaime Rodriguez

I'm still trying to process the concept of "My Immortal" and "enjoyment" coexisting. I really enjoyed myself. Who needs sleep anyway.

BadBaghdad

The mad woman did it. She really did it.

NopeDotJPG

This was a riot. Thanks for the reading. Glad I stopped at 18 shots, ha.

Joshua Frye

I could listen to this whole experience over and over again just to relive how fun it was!!!! Can’t wait till next month

Sonofabitch, I missed the live show. Didn't even know there was a live show.

Thoughts on Chapter 8: How do you scream "sadly"? You can scream in anguish, but "sadly"? She smiled at you "understatedly"? Can't you just say "smirked" or "slightly", Ebony? Also, Snape, grow a pair and give this bitch detention. Also, she was dating Draco. Not Vampire. How could she cheat on him? They weren't an item. And what's with the random POV change? Also, she "bust" into tears, not burst. I swear, that's what the fanfic says.

SoloWingKiba

Just getting to listen to this. Kind of embarrassed to be from New Orleans, mostly because can confirm about random drug dealers offering you shit out in the open during the day. Was pumping gas one day and was offered heroine "at a good price" over the pump.

Car_313

Whelp, I feel really old now. This brought back memories of my gothic phase in high school rofl. But this is like...when goth turned to emo and became a thing aaaaaand that's a mood 🤣🤣. Pretty sure I remember trying to read this in high-school knowing it was terrible and not being able to get past the first mention of Draco hahaha. I haven't thought about that in years. Also, yes to Nola and yes to serial killers, and soothing talk (I was not ready for that). And just yes to everything about Drunk & Dangerous. It honestly feels just so wholesome and real, like something I would do with friends on a Saturday night instead of going out ^^ xD. (I also just found you like 10 days ago sooo sorry for comments lol).

Slowly going through these Drunk & Dangerous audios and I listen to this one...and I start debating whether it's a good idea to keep listening to these at work. On the one hand, the cringe is too painful with these bad stories. On the other, you make them really fucking hilarious to listen to. So good job on making these entertaining! Who needs a boring ol' podcast when I can choose to suffer from holding in my raging screams and laughter instead.
