Now, on a more serious note: This audio was IMMACULATE as always! Major props to Todd for another beautifully written chapter and to Dangerous for the layers of emotion I was sent through in just 15 minutes! Because I am Southern, as I have mentioned before, I love Dolores and everything she stands for but more so to the point, I love her accent! My only question is, how did you (Dangerous) manage to have such an authentic-sounding accent? It is not easy to develop that kind of accent if you didn’t grow up hearing it. The only thing I could critique is the lack of at least one “Bless your heart”. In any case, I was left in suspense in those last few minutes and I can’t wait for the next one! I’m not usually a fan of cliffhangers but when I’m left on the edge of my seat, there’s nothing I’d love to do more than fall off of it! Alas, I must wait for the next chapter, whenever it may be. But, again amazing work Todd and incredible acting from Dangerous!

Oh dear.... now this is a great acting. I’m definitely going to enjoy this story.

My family is all from Tennessee, and you're totally right about "Bless your heart!" I'm sure Dolores will be doing some blessing soon!

Here’s hoping for an nsfw version

Ooooh, nick-of-time upload, eh? I was worried we wouldn't get an Aug upload, but thankfully we did! Thx DA! We love ya! Anyway, onto the review (I swear that they're as long as the series by now. Sorry I write novels every time I hear another one of these chapters! Oh well, I hope they're at least entertaining, LOL) On we go!!!: LOL OMG SOUTHERN DA?!?!?! I’m DECEASED!!!!!!!!!!! Dolores is hilarious (love her full name, I’m a sucker for bad puns) and it sounds like she is just the type of person this story needs right now. She’s the perfect person to help these other Dramatics get their lives in order by being easy, breezy and grounded. While Deb and Angela are up in arms, Dolores just saunters in and jovially tells them both to chill the fuck out and that is a MOOD! (She just did what a lot of us have wanted to do for ages now, LOL!) Dolores out here fulfilling the wishes of the meta! “We’re all just gonna sit down and play nice and talk out our feelings like FUNCTIONAL adults, mkay!?” LOL I mean, I really do admire how perceptive she was, calling Deb’s lies out so casually and confidently! And I love how she was able to do it without being intimidated, and while keeping that Southern Belle charm! You go, girl! Southern gals are awesome!! (Tho I may be a LITTLE biased bc I used to live in NC. I know that’s not like the deep south, but it still counts! At least IMO it does… Huehuehue) But honestly, we could all use a Dolores in our lives! And now I have to ask, is she gonna be ANOTHER member to this ever-growing harem? LOL! But hoo boy! Truth comes out! *Hides and watches with popcorn* I STILL don’t trust Deb, but I do like her internal struggle between wanting to be protective, and wanting to give into her anger and lust for revenge. Even if I’m not sure how long it will be before she snaps again, I do believe her desire to protect Angela is genuine and I love it. (Also, meta note, I honestly laughed when Deb and Angela were both crying because it hit me that this is literally just DA crying at/with herself and, no offense, the idea just amuses. IDK man, I’m weird, ok? LOL! But anyway, moving on!) I have to ask how Dolores doesn’t know who Lola is, given that’s she’s supposedly been following Angela very closely (stalker! LOL JK). Or did she only ask that question because she was trying to segue into her interview with Angela? Also, that serotonin research? Sign me the fuck up! *Insert Gen Z joke about not having any serotonin in this economy* And honestly, now I’m interested in what kind of work Angela did/does. It would probably go over my head, and you may have said it before, but all I know is that she’s a chemist. This is, as far as I can recall, the first time we talked about what she specializes in and now I kinda wanna know more about her research. Also, dang Todd, you’re really out here subverting expectations again, eh? We were all so sure Deb’s actions in the last ep would have lingering consequences in this one, but nope! Dolores just saunters in and puts a stop to the nonsense in 5 mins flat! And all with that HILARIOUS southern accent. I really like how, at least in this ep, she plays the grounded normie while Deb and Angela are ripped straight (well, maybe not “straight”) from a soap opera, LOL! I can’t tell if Dolores intervening was a clever twist… or a cop out. (You can’t run from your problems forever, Todd!) :P “What’s a honeymoon without an intruding media presence? “Well bust mah britches!” (And that entire analysis on what the Pirate Crab could possibly be) My dude, I am laughing so hard right now! Dolores has some great one-liners! (And you had her say “honey!”) That’s DEFINITELY typical of southern ladies. (Also, you know, at this point, the husband is probably like “Where you keep getting all these women from, Angela?” Every day she brings someone new to him. By the end of it, he’s gonna be with the whole dang cruise ship! LOL) Also, I know Dolores is a reporter, but she clearly has an interest in science. What does she specialize in? (Todd, I can tell that nerdy women are your type 😉) Also, Pirate Crab? Jesus dude! WTF? Turning into an old cartoony superhero show already!? LOL! Ah well, can’t wait to see where this goes! (Brace yourselves everyone, it’s about to get weird again! … Or Todd is just gonna have THIS plot point get blown over in the next episode too! :P ) But all that being said, PHENOMENAL work to Todd for another epic chapter, and new lovable characters, and some nice drama between the old ones. And KILLER, FANTASTIC work from DA who had to provide ALL the voices and SFX! You’ve really outdone yourself with this one! Another incredible addition to the story! I hope you’re proud of this part because I definitely am! You definitely had a lot of editing to do on this one and it is all BRILLIANT!!! Bravo! Bravo! (I also love the fact that basically every new character now receives an accent just so every voice remains distinct. Or is this DA flexing her mad skills? Either way, it more than deserves a standing ovation, LOL!) *Throws roses at both of you* LOL!
