My heart absolutely broke when the reluctant succubus told the listener she’d been hurt. She doesn’t even realize that she is falling. This is turning into quite the emotional tale. I hope the listener says her true name again and she starts accepting of the listener’s feelings. Just stay. Can’t wait to listen to the next part. Great job DA!

J

If this doesn’t have a reference to fish lips I am going to be angry

Tony G

More wholesome succubus! Yessss!

Jinks

Right in the feels. That wasn't what I expected but I still really enjoyed it. Can't wait to see where it goes from here.

Cody Lancaster

This is going to be great listening to during my drive's. No doubt it will be as good as the earlier episode's. Really enjoying this series.

Jeremy Knight

"Some are just lonely and need someone to be intimate with" yep... that's definitely me. Oh so she had some experiences where people were extremely masochistic to her. as a mostly gentle femdom guy I understand what she means. I read erotic stories and at times I get pretty uncomfortable with what people are into because it can effect them in a negative way. but some people are into the tabou stuff where they are free of their morals for a little while. If I was into what she went through I would feel very ashamed.

Camilo Iribarren

Need more helpful wholesome loving moments like this

Margaux

That was just awesome!

Merrick

Why must you hurt me this way

Snub Birth

prefer listener comfort but reverse comfort is good too.

MUZaKM4K3R

God I just want to give her a big old bear hug!!! Way to pull at the heartstrings dangerous!

Lavender Delight (she, her)

"Just because I can turn into anything doesn't mean I want to! What about me? What about my desires? My wishes? I don't want to be used like that anymore!" Her anger is so vicariously cathartic!!!! That line alone is so damn cinematic!!! There is much power in her wanting to reclaim the agency that she's been denied because she's expected to be compliant all the time... and I felt that. When she tore the robe and smashed the mug I was like "good for her!!!" This audio provided a different but important kind of release. I commend all the thought and passion that went into this. Well done, Missing and DA! 💜

JuicySBG

I love your audios! They're the best, and it always brings me joy whenever I see you post something new for me to listen to. Thank you so much! ❤️

Drake Tempest

It was powerful and moving.....You want to help but you ask youself "How??" Because by trying to help ... friend, outlet, pressure valve to vent, you will literally make things worse. Your accidental death, give Azela's current mind set would push her over the edge...

God-emperor Zurg

Awwwwwwwww! I like this series very much 😊😊

Rhulad

This was definitely not what I expected, but it was so good. It got really dark and damn, what some clients do to her is so fucked up. Never really thought about it, but it makes sense that some people would demand stuff like that. Got me quite emotional. Especially when she snapped, that was so powerful. You really just want to give her a hug and tell her it's going to be alright.

Terminator44

I really love this succubus character and her development. Hope we see more of her.

CertifiedNerd

I love to make theories but what if this is a call for her to us ? Just think in each audio she is different..is almost like shapeshifter..she always fulfill the needs of the audience...rather than her own what if she was expressing her feelings ? I like so do theories and if this is wrong then sorry Dangerous still wonderful and deep audio !

BadBaghdad

Really powerful audio. We could apply this to some of the things sex workers have to go through just to survive. Thanks for this Dangerous.

Finally got around to listening to this, and, man! It was just as good as ever, Missing and DA! But you guys definitely took a darker, sadder turn with this one! I mean, I know I already read the script, so I knew this part would deviate away from the quirkiness and lightheartedness of the preceding parts, but it was still kinda heartbreaking to finally hear this part performed out loud. Like, I won’t lie, the beginning and the crying even unsettled me a little, but that’s a VERY good thing! “Everybody uses each other.” I mean, I KINDA agree, but yeah, a line like that is definitely unusually cynical for our adorkable lil succubus. It made me sadface… “If helping someone out feels right, you're not doing it out of the kindness of your heart. It just makes you feel better. You're using them to feel good about yourself.” Ok, so I get this is peak pessimism from our downtrodden and disillusioned girl (and it’s definitely sad to hear her say it), but I honestly LOVE talking about this sort of topic (selfish altruism, and all its related topics) so like, LET’S GO!!! And in a weird way, even though I get where she’s coming from, I’d still consider it a good and sweet thing. Because even if every good deed is only done to make the doer feel better about themselves, isn’t there something still sweet about hearing how it is doing good deeds that makes the doer feel best about themselves? IDK, that’s just me being sappy, LOL “Break a few bones.” OMG what is it with you succubi and my ribs? Jeebus! LOL Also, as heartbreaking as it is, I kinda like the meta outlook on what Azela’s problem is. It’s not fun being a succubus bc the best way to get her job done is to be what other people find sexually appealing so she never really gets a chance to have her own needs/wants addressed. Honestly, Missing, the subtextual (tho IMO, tbh, it isn’t very subtextual at all) parallel to sex workers is actually really brilliant and well-written, even if it is sad and upsetting. You’re a great writer, my dude! Damnyouformakingmefeelguiltyaboutlisteningtoeroticaudios Wait, what? “Let’s go, you little-!” Oooooh she was about to THROW HANDS! LOL OMG MISSING WHY IS THIS SO SAD? I didn’t come here for a midlife/identity crisis story, Missing, LOLOLOL And oh look, yet another DA bathing scene LOL. But a shower instead of a (hot)tub, I guess that’s JUST original enough to get my seal of approval… LOLOLOLOLOL “I’m not that inexperienced anymore…” Ok, the sad part of that line aside, I love the idea of Azela’s first time showering and her having no idea what to do bc, tbh, sometimes even I still struggle trying to get showers to work bc it seems like every single one has a different way to activate itself and, man, it really does get confusing sometimes LOL. Or maybe I’m just dumb, that’s also a very strong possibility, LOL “It’s not even practical, you know?” LOL!!! Damn, I wish I could just snap MY fingers and be dry after a shower, LOL Ok imaging the listener swaddling Azela in a nice warm bathrobe fresh out the dryer is SO FREAKING CUTE “Satan knows I need it.” LOLOLOLOLOL. It was also funny hearing her use the word “chill”. As experienced as she may be, it’s clear that some human customs still don’t make total sense to her and it’s actually cute and funny AF HOT CHOCOLATE WITH WHIPPED CREAM!!! GIMMIE!!! But aww, I love how, as sad as this part has been so far, you still managed to put in a sweet, fluffy, domestic scene in and it doesn’t feel like a mood whiplash at all! It’s perfect! Oh, but I wish we could see these other worlds too! They sound gorgeous! Ok, the idea of most of Azela’s clients just wanting some wholesome affection before she surprises them with a nice dream is actually the cutest, sweetest thing ever!!! But goddamn, hearing what Azela went thru is really just so heartbreaking. I know I’ve probably overused that word in this long-ass review, but I really mean it. And DA, I honestly think you did her performance so well. Like, I know you weren’t acting weepy the entire time, but just the low, deep, heaviness that you gave Azela’s voice in this part really, IMO, cemented her world-weary disillusionment with her life thus far and it was just incredibly moving and sad. Like, your entire performance, DA, really brought this part to life, because even though your voice was “flat” (in the sense that it was heavy, resigned and quiet, and it was like Azela was TRYING to keep too much emotion from leaking out) it was just eerily perfect. Like, in a weird way, the lack of emotion in your voice made it all the more emotional, even though your voice wasn’t emotionless, per se, bc I still felt like I could hear all of Azela’s deeper unhappiness, so it wasn’t like you were being monotone, LOL. (Sorry, I hope that weird mess of rambling made sense) Ope, spoke too soon! Damn! Azela’s anger actually scared me a little, LOL! Well done with the rage there, DA! All that pain and anger finally bursting out? Good, intimidating stuff! And I like the little vocal distortion when she said, “WHAT?!” Very nice touch! I forgot Missing had that in the script! But ugh, poor Azela, she just needs a hug. Or a thousand. LOL (And possibly a new job). Maybe Hell can try to find a new source of renewable energy that isn’t based in humans? LOL! Hell used to be burning red, now it’s going green, LOLOLOLOL!!! “Listening to my ranting during our dates.” DA about us during the Sat chats and Live DNDs, LOL But seriously, amazing fucking work both to DA and Missing. Missing killed it with the wonderful writing, dialogue and characterization and DA killed it with the expressive voice and delivery and all the SFX (big and small). Hats off to both of you, that ending line was just so beautifully performed! I really wanna cuddle Azela now, LOL! You both have done wonderfully!

IKR? Flashbacks to when this almost felt like a rom-com LOL Weren't those the days? Tho admittedly, the progression does make sense, even if it's sad

Irhaboggler
>>49485623

I think reverse comforts are fun bc I feel like they're less common, but that's just moi!

Irhaboggler
>>49492443

RIGHT?! This was just so tragic and beautiful and DA managed to totally rock the performance, whether she was in Azela's quieter, flatter mode, or when she was angry and yelling. It's incredible! So many different little... nuances in emotion that were all, IMO, excellently mirrored in performance.

Irhaboggler
>>49497695

It took me like a million words more, but that's EXACTLY what I'm saying! Your comment really described it perfectly, and it far shorter terms, LOL

Irhaboggler

Yeah, this was a really moving and powerful audio. The seriousness was good and I think there were lots of good pieces of advice to be found here. Not just about sex, sex workers, sexual desire/pleasure or even agency, but also about being vulnerable and being able to reach out and admit that things aren't alright. And most importantly, knowing who in your life is the one you can go to in order to FIND that support. Honestly, like I said before, this really was a very emotional, sweet and moving audio. It was honestly almost inspirational... I love it!

Irhaboggler
>>49548992

Lowkey feel like this audio could used as some "raising awareness" ad or event LOL

Irhaboggler
>>49542788

So what you're saying is... this is ACTUALLY DA? That tracks, I'm pretty sure the real DA is a shapeshifter anyway LOL But interesting point you bring up there, every audio in this series has had a "different" Azela in it, going from awkward to flirty to vulnerable. I know that could just be her natural progression towards us, but your interpretation is actually really cool too! Interesting idea that she's trying to woo the audience by playing every character type/personality she thinks we like. I love that idea!

Missing

This is why I write. These amazing essays, deconstructing the audio

Irhaboggler
>>49508772

SAME! This whole thing was a "I never thought about it that way before..." followed with a "NOW I WANT TO CUDDLE AND PROTECT HER FOREVER!" LOL

Irhaboggler
>>49470015

Bc of the hot chocolate scene? LOL Maybe that's why it was posted in Dec Bc IMO this could've also possibly worked in Nurturing Nov, LOL

Irhaboggler
>>49498634

Holy shit don't even go there! That would be HORRIBLE!!! LOL And tbh, I don't always think allowing your friends to vent will make things worse. Sometimes that release is exactly what they need. At least in my experience But yeah, honestly, I like that angle too, like, imagine what the listener must be thinking/feeling rn! Like, obviously they're concerned, but I feel like there's also a sense of "How do I even help? What do I even say in this situation? I know nothing about any of this! Do I comfort? Or let her rage?" Like, in a weird way, I think that's part of why I enjoyed this audio so much. Aside from getting to see a genuinely vulnerable moment from a DA character, it also does carry that tone of "How do I comfort a friend?" Like, this audio asks 2 huge questions for each side of this equation: "How do I reach out, admit things aren't ok, and ask for help?" (Azela) "How do I comfort when a friend is clearly hurting and in need?" (Listener) It's really fucking good and relatable on both sides and I think everyone could learn a lot from the undertones of this particular audio

How many people went into this expecting humor and fluff only to her mood whiplash and heartbreak instead? Lol

R3dM3rcury

I’m interested to see where Azela’s story is going to go in the next chapter. Perhaps a lazy Sunday morning when it’s raining outside and she can experience some greater sbelance of peace and develop her own identity beyond the sex toy the forces darkness wanted her to be!

Cody Lancaster

For some reason near the end I was kinda expecting to hear rubbing noises to indicate the human rubbing the succubus's arms and back to comfort her till she fell asleep.

TimesNewLogan

Please tell me she wakes up alone in the next one... only to find us cooking breakfast for two.

Smackledorf

Lady, I just wanted some snuggles.

Texson

Man I need an update on this one with lots of snuggles for the poor succubus.
