Unfortunately, today's regularly-scheduled SFW roleplay will be delayed until *Wednesday.  Some days are harder than others and, unlike me, depression doesn't take a break.  Curses!

Taffy looks like a good one to relax with. Cesar Millan often talks about how our animals read our energy levels, and when we're feeling low, our pets sometimes sit next to us or climb on top of us to give us a break on leadership. When I felt at my lowest, I remember my tabby sitting on me as if to tell me I needed to sit this one out. We love you too and obviously I'm biting your fingers right now in spirit. (Totally a reference to previous Taffy video and not at all a weird thing to write!)

I carried the weight of depression for years until a friend made me see a therapist. I didn't get much from those sessions, but they DID have me go and get on some medication, and that did the trick. Had to experiment with the meds a bit, but eventually landed on the right ones where that just absolute weight of depression just wasn't so heavy anymore. I could actually manage to do stuff with that weight not there. Granted, I still have my off weeks... but that's better than only having the occasional good day. Take care of yourself however you see fit. Many of us understand how heavy (and persistent) it can be sometimes.
