I'm torn between him using intimidating, no-nonsense style rule enforcement, or scathing mockery when people can't be adults on the train. He looks like if a Karen demanded he go get his supervisor he'd either be like "And why would I do that" with a scary smile, or be like "and hows he gonna get here huh? A second, faster train? I'm the highest authority here dumbass" Either way hes GORGEOUS!!

I'm amused because Kacchan is either A) the boss that does not give a care about your complaints or B) the boss that shows up and gives you the "look" that makes you feel two feet tall and you slink away feeling completely weirded out because he didn't cave to the compliant/person's demands.
