I'll decide which of the 2nd-row items to write first (and I should have time for at least 1 chapter in the 2nd row) if you don't clarify your preferences in the comments!

I was feeling under the weather last week with a lot of pressure. Hopefully, this week will be better!

Idea: A single phrase to describe my idea behind the male protagonist to initiate the contract?

"Sink into the sea of oblivion, and become my guest..."

Think of many types of magical girls, creatures, isekai returners, aliens, eldritch, portal invasions, etc. on Earth... Like a Magical Girl companion sort of Oscillation series.

Only our MC is in service to a higher memory-feeding eldritch lady, and he needs to form contracts to steal memories. He wakes up without memory. He doesn't have an identity. He slowly remembers with each girl he contracts and helps fulfill their magical girl dream.

He doesn't like this contract business. He could go either way... He could feed on their memories and selves in the end, or get nourishment other ways and keep them in stasis to try and find a way to save them.

Enter, magical girl companion contracts! It might surprise you. It does have a darker element, but also a tear-jerking ending and a heartwarming aspect. It can be real. It can be gritty. But you'll care about each girl he contracts to and their goals.

There are many types of magical girls. Some manifest their inner self through jewels, companions, etc. But there is also the external power companion trope...such as Madoka Magica.

Though, will our eldritch being be the antagonist or the savior? Maybe she doesn't fall into either category? Our MC will get to know her well.

The theme?

What would you sacrifice to achieve your desire? Be it love, revenge, a world change... Would you give up your very self... Your identity? Well, our MC has a contract for you.
