Currently, we use a billing system where the next round is on the same day as the monthly membership registration(Did not collect the bills for the 1st of the month like before). Our method of distributing cards is only for those who pay their membership in that month, which makes it complicated to distribute cards in the following month for those who register after the date the first card is issued, such as the 10th or the 30th of the month.

Normally, I chose to send the card first if I still hadn't canceled the membership for the new month, because I thought no one would want to wait for the card until the next billing cycle if they signed up on the 30th, which is the last day of the month. Waiting until the 30th to receive the card No one would want to wait right?

Because some people really don't know and think that the money is deducted on the first day of the month. There may be a misunderstanding.

I have noticed this issue for a while now, For those who pay their membership fee after the first card is released, such as from the 10th to the 30th, if you want to receive the next month's character card before the next payment, please send a message to confirm your intention to continue your membership for the next month and that you want the card in advance. I will be able to automatically provide your card for the next month after its release before deducting the next payment.

But don't worry, the card for the month you pay the membership fee will still be automatically sent to your folder. I'm just asking for confirmation for next month only.
