Y'all might have noticed a lack of updates this September- that's on me. Combination of burnout after finishing the new book, plus some less than great stuff in my personal life lately. I'm, for the most part, back on my feet now- I fully plan to make up all of the missing stuff here soon. Sorry about that, folks!

Hugs and Feel Better! You are ana amazing author but any time spent improving the lives of your close friends in family is always the best way to spend time. We all support you!

Hope you are doing better and you can make up any shortfall to us by releasing the book like right now. Today.

No worries, just glad to hear you're doing better now. Your stories are incredible and valuable, but less so than your own wellbeing, so focusing on yourself will never be an issue. I for one, am excited for everything you've got coming in the future, and can survive the wait.

Life sucks sometimes but we all value you and your contributions to it! I will always be happy to wait a but longer for amazing things and what you produce is truly amazing! I look forward to reading the next patreon release whenever it comes and thr next book, even if it takes longer than Winds of Winter and Doors of Stone together!

No need to apologize! Personal health comes first. Like the other comment said, I'm still waiting happily for the elusive Doors of Stone to be released one day. I'm more than happy to wait to enjoy to works of authors who have brought joy to my life by the stories that they create. Take care of yourself! Hope you feel better!

Look after yourself and don’t push it or feel the need to “make up all the missing stuff” it’ll make the burn out come back faster and last longer take the time you need to keep yourself happy and motivated that’s where the best work can happen! Glad to hear to hear things are on the upswing for you personally!

I think we’d all prefer you to take a break and look after yourself over pushing yourself for a book. We can wait, don’t worry

You are so much more important than a month or four without an update. Take your time to recover. Your books and writing have gotten me through some of the worst years of my life. Waiting to get more stories is 100% worth it.
