🌙 ACTIVATION EXERCISE 6: Your First Symbol (Patreon)

You didn’t imagine it. You’ve been seeing it. 

The moment the clock hit 11:11 and you paused, like something was trying to get your attention. Seeing the number later, and then again somewhere else. Or the same word popping up in conversation, then in a caption, then in a song… close enough together that it felt… patterned. Intentional, almost.

I know you felt it. Even if it was for a split second. Until your mind moved in to smooth it over. (It’s just a coincidence!) You filtered the moment and filed it away. 

We both know there’s still a part of you that says: that didn’t feel like nothing.

That’s because there’s an intelligence to certain moments and why they break through to you. It’s a very precise language that’s trying to communicate to you. It’s rare to find anyone acknowledging this special communication in depth because no one is taught to stick with it long enough to discover what it means.

This all changes with you. You’re going to stop dismissing the signs. 

YOUR CURRENT MISSION

For the next seven days, you’re going to track your symbols.

Notice any repeating numbers or symbols—the ones you’ve seen before and brushed off. 

Notice when a word, name, or phrase follows you across completely unrelated spaces in a short window of time, like it’s weaving itself through your day. 

Notice when a thought forms in your mind and someone else speaks it out loud seconds later.

Keep a record. Somewhere easy and intentional. Your phone works, but if you can, use a small notebook so that the act feels real. Every time something catches your awareness in that subtle, familiar way, write it down. The time. Where you were. What happened.

You’re only going to record them. Do nothing else with them for now.

Right now, you’re charting how often this is happening. So far, you only know what you’ve allowed yourself to remember… and most of it has been slipping past you, unrecorded, unexamined, gone within seconds.

At the end of seven days, sit down and read everything you’ve recorded in one uninterrupted sitting. 

Then choose one entry. Share it exactly as it happened. No interpretation. No explanation. Just the moment.

Stay close to this. Because once you start seeing it clearly, you’ll realize it was never rare.
