Solstice - Week 3 (Patreon)

Hey Everyone,

Yesterday was week 3 for the July song and the main point of this week's session was to decide on a chord progression and sketch out ideas for the break and the drop.

I do like what we came up with on stream, but they're very rough. A few things to keep in mind:

• I need to spend a session or 2 before next week on some sound design - it will help flesh out each section (Intro, Break, Drop)
• The build right now is basically just placeholder, it will include parts from the drop automating in underneath parts from the break and lots of FX.
• I will be adjusting the arrangement a bit - the bass intro/outro should be 16 bars, the break/build potentially longer, and the drop will be double the current length.

I definitely have my work cut out for me before next stream & I'm aiming to do some work on it over the weekend, but it will depend on time. Either way I'll keep you posted!

Download is available for ANimals and up. As always, thanks for your support. Have a great rest of your week and I'll see you tomorrow for another DJ Stream!
