[Old OCs] Petrov and Trevor + Glossary (Patreon)

Today is my birthday and this year I planned something special: The reason why the activity Let's Make a Pokemon OC! is only going to happen every two months from now on is because in between I will be re-introducing my old Original Characters that I created back in my tumblr days! 

For the couple of you who might be familiar with them you should be aware that this will serve as a continuation/soft-reboot of their story (you will see why in Trevor’s bio), and for those who don’t know them do not worry: you won’t need to go read years of (poorly written) stories, I’ll make sure to make a proper summary of their backstory each time. I also included a Glossary in this post because there are a handful of concepts you should be aware of.

Petrov

A laid-back guy who lives in Laverre City in Kalos. He was born in Galar where his parents own a popular Guild. Despite being the child of two Extra Large Pumpkaboo he was small and fragile, due to the busy work of his parents he moved with his extended family to Kalos where he met his best friends Guester and Rompt, who didn’t hesitate to protect him from bullies in school. This changed during his adolescence with the help of a certain scientist who helped him unlock his true potential, and currently he holds the title of the biggest pumpkaboo known, some call him “XL Alpha”. He works part time as a model, and in his free time he makes erotic content for his large following online. 

He is in a polyamory relationship with Koh and Crescente, after years of an awkward love triangle they all come to the conclusion (with the help of their friends) that they all would be happier if they stayed together. He thought his life would stay peaceful, until he met Trevor…

Trevor

A parallel version of Petrov that not only came from another dimension, but this time also from the future. After failing to protect his counterpart and friends in a catastrophic future he was sent back in time to change their destiny. 

In the original timeline Trevor was a spy gathering intel on Petrov and his friends for years, but it seems that version of himself was erased from this world when he was sent back in time, although he can’t remember exactly who sent him.

One night he was found badly hurt by Petrov, normally he wouldn’t trust such a story but thanks to their Synchronization the larger version could see it for a brief moment like if he experienced it himself.  

Unlike Petrov, Trevor is not a Hybrid nor a human, he calls himself a Shadow Monster and has the power to go inside shadows, and he is usually hiding inside Petrov’s, although for some reason a slam of his large ass against the ground is more than enough to force him out. 

He refuses to meet Petrov’s friends (despite all of them being aware of his situation) because he still feels guilty for playing a part in everyone’s demise in the original timeline, and although Petrov understand his struggle it's only a matter of time until the larger version decides to take matter into his own hands (or buttcheeks)

The first time both realized what happens when Petrov's massive ass makes contact with his own shadow, its almost like there is a magnetic atrraction

Glossary

I want to take this opportunity to introduce to all of you some concepts that I came up with years ago while I was writing my original group of OCs and are very relevant to their stories.

Hybrids: People who share physical characteristics with pokemon that can go from small details such as their hair and eye colors, to understand them or even learn how to use some of their powers in rare cases (see Magic), although their origins are a mystery for most of the world. They represent around 35% of the human population, but unlike normal humans it's uncommon for a Hybrid to become a pokemon trainer since they tend to struggle connecting with pokemon of a different species.

Magic: Hybrids have an innate magical potential (this is why some can learn how to use pokemon moves) and this has developed into the creation of different communities that take advantage of these powers, such as The Magical Schools of the Witch Association for learning, and many Guilds where people in need can request the help of magic users. Different artifacts with special properties have been created with magic, such as Mirrors to other words

Magical Mirrors: Rare items created by powerful ancient Witches, they can be used as a window to see parallel words, but they can also be used as a one-way door into this one. Its important to mention that once a pokemon from a parallel world crosses an active mirror they will take a humanoid form (regular humans aren't affected). Witches believe their existence is the reason why Hybrids exist in the first place.

Parallel versions: Parallel Worlds means endless versions of the same person living completely different lives, an Hybrid in this world could be a normal human in another, or even a pokemon or monster. If one comes through a mirror into this world its very common that their path will eventually cross with their parallel version, and will experience the Synchronization phenomena.  

Synchronization: A brief phenomena that occurs when two versions of the same person meet for the first time where both sides can take a look at each other’s past, this only activates if both see each other or are in direct physical contact. 

Some important notes:

This alternate universe (AU) includes events such as Professor Guzma and the Fattening Alola and Galar projects, as well as any pokemon men that I have given a fat and hairy redesign (so you can expect some OCs interacting with Guzma and the rest in the future!) 

While most of the canon events from the games took place in this AU too, there are a handful of exceptions such as Rose never causing the Darkest Day and focusing his interest into fattening the Galar League.
