So, here’s my thing: I’m obsessed with the “straight” guy who swears he’s into women, definitely isn’t gay, nope, not him… yet somehow keeps tripping and falling into slow-burn tension with another dude. That hits way harder for me than stories where one guy’s already waving the rainbow flag on page one. He doesn’t need to be a jock or have a monster-sized anything — I just love that straight energy mixed with quiet curiosity he’s pretending he doesn’t have. And give me the slow burn. I want chapters full of tension, tiny slips, loaded moments, all the “wait… why did that feel like something?” stuff. Not everything dumped out at once — I want the drip-feed that keeps me coming back like, sir… please… more. So whether he’s a cocky jock, bi-curious friend, validation-hungry straight dude, or a dumb hot stud who thinks with vibes instead of brain cells — that slow unraveling of a “straight” guy is absolutely my kryptonite.
