When I watch this dance performance I think of Yin and Yang or Light and Shadow. THE8 is wearing all white and Jun is wearing all black + they're interconnected, you can't have one without the other (hence the rope that keeps them together). That's just my take on it though. I vibe with the song too.

IMO, the rope between Jun and The8 feels like a symbol of restriction or obstacles holding them back like fear, expectations or even each other’s limitations. (The rope makes them look like puppets being controlled). When they finally break free, it’s like they’ve overcome those limits and are finally expressing their true potential! that’s when they truly show all they’ve got. Their black and white outfits remind me of yin and yang. Yin and yang are opposing forces, like dark and light, but they depend on each other for their existence symbolizing balance and harmony. What makes it even more impressive is how their dance backgrounds shine through (The8’s b-boy style and Jun’s martial arts experience) two very different styles coming together seamlessly! I just love SEVENTEEN! they’re so talented and amazing artists!
