With Babymonster, I would not say that they flopped at all. I was just disappointed by the debut because the structure of the song was so obvious. Its not a bad song at all, just the classic Teddy formula.

not kendrick getting triggered lmaoo as someone who experienced all these debuts in real time this video made valid points, its not saying the groups are bad or untalented its just that the anticipated hype did not match the actual debut response and theres nothing wrong with that. like kalon you mentioned cortis, their debut was highly anticipated and they actually met expectations. but at the end of the day this is all subjective

I completely agree with almost all of these. Music is completely subjective. A lot of the times I’ve seen yall completely not fw songs that I LOVE. these were all common opinions, most of these debuts had mixed reviews, doesn’t mean they haven’t all grown. It’s really common in this industry to have fans adore a song and everyone else despise it lmfaoo that’s just kpop
