Have a migraine today. I get them occasionally, and they suck. They are family thing, we get tension migraines, and our back just tense up for no good reason.

So no writing from me today. 

Tomorrow will be a busy day for me, but I will try to get some writing in.

I totally get it. I also suffer from migraines. Make sure you rest and look after yourself. Take whatever time you need.

Dude, I get. Every month or two, I’ll go through a spat of migraines, that can last a up to a week. No light, no sound, and thinking especially hurts. Playing a game, or reading, or watching anything that even remotely engages my noggin, is off the table. Have you tried cocodamol? (Paracetamol and codeine) I’ve found if I take it early enough before the migraine has a chance to rev up to full gear, it usually works, but not after. Although I can’t take more that 16mg of codeine, or my chest hurts badly.
