Blood Fiends Feedback [Dragon Girl] (Patreon)

This is a character for the Blood Fiends game I’m still working on. 

She is a dragon girl and a pretty important member of the team. Her lore is a bit convoluted, so I won’t go too much in depth, but this is the basics: She is blind. She has no right arm. She was a noble a few centuries ago but isn't anymore. Something bad happened to her, and she reverted (body and mind)from huge dragon mommy looks to young adult prick. She is very tall and towers over most characters.

Just... aesthetically. Which version do you guys prefer? 

The chuckling smug samurai-adjacent version on the left or the arrogant over-the-top dragon noble on the right? (Her personality would be the same no matter the version, and both versions fit the character)I’m asking for feedback because I’m struggling a bit with her design.

I'd say the left. Feel that being blind, having regressed and used to be a noble a long time ago would knock the high-and-mighty attitude down a fair bit. Still smug but not over the top. I also think the more practical look on the left would be a nice contrast to the more casual attire everyone else thus far has. Makes her stand out a bit more.

I think I have to say I prefer the left one. It feels like the better contrast to how she sounded before to how she is now, and provides a nice martial-look that the rest of the cast we’ve seen so far doesn’t have.

I don't know why the design gives me yu yu hakusho vibes, but maybe that's because I like the idea of her transforming into the right version. But left is better imo.

I'd vote left. I feel it retains some Dommy energy with the clothes and stance compared to the one on the right.

Why not make a poll ? You can have a more precise idea of how many people like one or the other.

While I think it looks cool, I'd say it leans even harder on the samurai idea, which... isn't exactly what I'm going for.

Now I'm kinda curious on what you're going for. Because the left one is very samurai typed so I thought this is what you wanted.

That's why I did the right version... the reason it looks samurai coded was because I wanted a cool martial look for her, but I think I leaned so hard into the samurai looks it just made her feel like one.
