I'd be curious about that too, main character option would double the work and make the game bigger but might bring in people that like to play female MC. Gender bent could be a spell or potion, I could certainly see the green haired merchant girl maybe testing an unknown potion sent from the capital on P-Kun, or the witch turns you into a girl as one of her favours.

thank you story wise it would make sense since every town has a male to make future children, with us female you would need everyone else to be either futanari or male so we could make a future generation.
