That new kaiju was really unsettling and creepy. 😦 I really want to give the soundtrack a proper listen outside of the episode too. There’s a lot going on in the background music… a lot of good things that is.

do soundtracks usually get released somewhere like spotify (in a playlist) or are they just individual songs that we need to look up and listen to separately? (hope that makes sense)

OP/EDs are usually released separately by whatever artist did them. OST I’m not sure. Seems to depend a bit on if there are one or many composers for the show and how big the show is. So some might not be released or are just hard to find. For bigger shows, like JoJo and Jujutsu Kaisen, MHA etc I usually find some release on Spotify with most tracks. Kaiju no 8 composer is listed as Yuta Bandoh (who apparently earlier has collaborated with Kenshi Yonezu who did the chainsaw man OP) and he has some Kaiju singles up already. So I’m guessing there will be a full Kaiju album later but the they might not want to spoil the show with the song titles (like John Williams Star Wars episode 1). But check artist Yuta Bandoh on Spotify. He seems only to have singles uploaded for songs already featured in released episodes. https://open.spotify.com/artist/0fWXujm0LZNZGgHRkt6JSb?si=sGFro88lQs-JQ-8NUAFFxA
