Yamcha already catching L's left and right, there was no need for Toei to add a scene of him almost dying to 300g 😂

I'm impressed he had enough strength to push the off switch!! and he didn't die even though he got stabbed through his chest with an artificial human hand that is literally built for destruction. plus, even though it was tough, he did end up going after Goku and the others to see if there was anything he could do to support them (even if in the end, it meant leaving with Goku... but he was there). Just here trying to find a win for him 😅... (even if I have to reach hahahha)

the driving test episode... so fun lol Piccolo had that shit on, iconic outfit. Also I know about the "goku is a bad dad" meme but "goku is a bad husband" might be more valid because chi chi definitely needs to get laid 😂

I guess Chichi should know what she got into XDD BUT STILL!! hahahhahaha if she's cooking and cleaning for him, he could do a bit better ;P I'm guessing though in the manga she is seen much less often?

The person who did the subtitles wasn't a writer so inserting lines like 'Human slave' which can distort the character's intention, seems very irresponsible

It's hard to expect your husband being gone for a year without telling you because of training lol she is taking care of the house and the kid... God bless her, she needs help and a dick down 😂 I actually have never read the manga, would be fun to do it some day to compare

Thankfully I noticed the difference in this case but I’m 100% sure people would point out important details like that if I miss it

I'm glad that you can understand some of the context while listening to Japanese, allowing you to experience the original work more authentically. Even though subs or dubs can sometimes do a better job than the original, I still think that the original is important

Those lines are taken right from the official release because it says the same thing on my Dragon Box DVDs. The official subs are usually very accurate, so that very incorrect line shocked me when I first saw it.

The win is the Android mistake him as Goku, so he is maybe at the same power level than non super saiyan goku when he fight Freezer, maybe even more powerful

In the manga it's said the whole family live using Chichi's Father money because Goku don't work. So yeah, she is doing food, cleaning but also earn money.

Thing is Gero himself said they didn't see Goku fight on Namek, so last data they used for themselves was from his battle against Vegeta. Yamcha being as strong or stronger that that version of Goku isn't impressive.
