Sponsored by Ko-Fi members! I will be alternating this with the "Rooster Fighter" anime for a few weeks. Once Rooster Fighter is done, I will do CG weekly.

The reaction starts about 8 minutes in. Before that I mention a "history lesson" video 🤭 (in which I'm attempting to learn a bit more about history and wars in general, what lead to the biggest wars in the past and such). If you are interested, click here for that video: YouTube (unlisted).

I mention Saga of Tanya the evil in the video, because it inspired me to start learning from somewhere (questions about WW1), but it contains no spoilers and I'm posting it here also because I'm expecting Code Geass to deal with similar themes.

Hopefully by learning more about real world events that inspired (to some extent) these stories, I can understand it on a deeper level as the story unfolds.

DMs welcome, but PLEASE do not jump the gun to explain anything at this point - let the story do that. You can also post thoughts in #anime chat on Discord, but if you want to talk about anything I said specifically please make sure to tag me 🙏 if your thoughts are regarding the "history lesson" though I'd love to keep that in one place (on the YouTube video itself). Thank you so much!
