YAY WE'RE BACK!! Blowfish is indeed extremely poisonous, a small amount of its poison would kill a human.🐡 In Japan, the chef needs to be trained as a specialist to prepare it and the restaurant needs to get a license. This includes a strict management of the blowfish waste because it is poisonous so you can't mix it with the other normal rubbish waste. The meat is quite unique though, it has a kind of bouncy texture. Sometimes the chef would leave a micro amount of poison just so that you feel a little numbness on your tongue. 😝
