This happened yesterday.

I was bedridden with a terrible headache. 💦

I think it was probably coming from my shoulder.

My right shoulder was really stiff.

I was also wondering if lack of sleep might have contributed to it...

After a six-hour struggle, I finally recovered and went to work.

But maybe because I managed to sleep for about two hours, I felt refreshed and ready to go. ⭐
