一旦、私が考えているリクエストの方式について考えをまとめ、実際にアンケートと同じように入力フォームを作ってみました。

最後の方にこのフォームに関する感想や、実際に依頼をしてみたいと思えたか等の質問がありますので、そちらで感想をお聞かせください。

分からなかったところもあればお気軽にフォームに入力して送信してください。

ご感想の内容如何で、実施するかを再検討します。

I've created an input form for requests to send to me for artwork.

At the end, there is a section where you can enter your thoughts about the request.

Please let me know if you would like to make a request to me, or if there is anything about the input form that is difficult to understand.

Based on the responses I receive from everyone, I will consider starting a request service.
