Patreon is back on business, but with a Discord server. (Patreon)

My Patreon will return to how it used to work before, but now it'll be managed through a discord server where everyone can chat and be a community together ♥

Patrons will get access to the Discord Server as soon as I get it up and running.

You will probably have to edit your pledge just so you are on the correct tier that gives you the Discord access. The tier starts at $1 so every patron can join.
