It's time for a midweek bonus episode!

We've teamed up with 2K to break down the guns of the newly-released addition to the Mafia franchise - Mafia: The Old Country. Join Jonathan and Dave as they break down the period weaponry of the Sicilian Mafia, including homegrown Italian guns and American imports, and see some special relics from the Royal Armouries archive.

As a special thank you for supporting us on Patreon, you get the video completely ad-free.

Jonathan Ferguson, an expert in firearms history and the Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries Museum in the UK, breaks down the weaponry of Mafia: The Old Country, including the Bodeo revolver, a classically Italian Carcano Rifle, and the American import Barker Model 8.

Interesting 🤔

Neat period firearms in this one. I love it when media shows less well known/recognizable items that still match the setting; shows a sense of care in the project to give it its own unique feel.
