"Aghhhh! Stop, you bastard! Stop it!"
Gray, barely clinging to consciousness, screamed in agony, his hands instinctively wrapping around the back of his head to protect his skull. Meanwhile, Laxus, Gajeel, and Natsu froze in absolute shock, forced to take the hits as Finn mercilessly swung Gray around like a human flail.
"Gray!"
"You sick bastard!"
"Stop, don't attack! You're going to kill him!"
"Ugh!" Gray genuinely felt like he was going to vomit. The world spun in a dizzying, nauseating blur. Beneath the physical torment, a deep, burning humiliation clawed at him—he had been incapacitated in a single second, only to be reduced to a blunt instrument used to batter his own friends.
Finn, however, couldn't care less about their internal turmoil. He just kept swinging the Ice Mage like a medieval club.
"Gray-sama!" Juvia shrieked from the stands, her heart breaking.
"What the hell is this?!"
"How dare he?!"
The entire stadium devolved into chaotic disbelief. A one-versus-four handicap match was already unprecedented, but watching Finn literally bludgeon Fairy Tail's finest using one of their own was too much to process. The Fairy Tail balcony was in an uproar, with Juvia looking ready to summon a hurricane of tears and rage.
"As I said, you are the weakest link. You shouldn't have involved yourself in this," Finn stated casually.
With a final, vicious pivot, he hurled Gray directly at Gajeel. As an Iron Dragon Slayer, Gajeel boasted the highest physical durability in the guild. If Finn smashed Gray against his iron-scaled body, the kinetic impact would shatter Gray's remaining bones.
"Shit!" Gajeel cursed. Instinctively, he wanted to harden his skin to steel to brace for the impact, but seeing his guildmate hurtling towards him, he gritted his teeth, deactivated his scales, and intentionally took the full brunt of the blow unprotected!
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
The force launched both mages like cannonballs. They smashed violently through a row of stone houses before finally coming to a halt in a cloud of debris. In the blink of an eye, two fighters were eliminated from the board, leaving only Natsu and Laxus.
"You bastard!" Natsu roared, his fists igniting with blinding heat, ready to reduce the street to cinders.
But Finn didn't even look at him. Completely ignoring the Salamander, Finn vanished, reappearing directly in front of the heavily battered Laxus, who was barely standing on pure willpower.
Smash!
Finn drove a brutal fist squarely into Laxus's face.
"Guhhh!" Laxus choked on a mouthful of blood, the intense pain nearly shattering his cheekbone. Yet, drawing on his stubborn pride, he refused to fall. If he could just hold Finn in place, he could give Natsu the opening he needed.
"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
Instead of retreating or attempting to block, Laxus erupted in a blinding surge of lightning, desperately trying to electrocute Finn at point-blank range—even knowing his electricity was practically useless. Throwing his arms wide, Laxus tackled Finn into a desperate, paralyzing bear hug.
"NOW, NATSU! BLAST HIM! TAKE ME OUT WITH HIM!"
It was a brutal, suicidal gambit. Having fought Finn firsthand, Laxus knew there was no room for hesitation. Finn had battled elite mages back-to-back, yet his stamina showed zero signs of draining. He was an incomprehensible monster. If sacrificing himself was the only way to secure a hit, Laxus was more than willing to pay the price.
Naturally, Natsu didn't hesitate for a single second. Fairy Tail members brawled with each other constantly, and Laxus himself had once tried to wipe out the entire guild. Understanding Laxus's resolve, Natsu poured everything into a devastating strike!
"Crimson Lotus: Fire Dragon's Fists!"
Natsu rushed forward, unleashing a rapid-fire barrage of explosive punches infused with hellish flames. The cobblestones instantly melted into slag, and the ambient temperature spiked so high it boiled the moisture straight out of the air.
Facing the incoming inferno while trapped in the Dragon Slayer's bear hug, Finn simply shifted his weight. With a minute, calculated twist of his hips, he completely destroyed Laxus's center of gravity, breaking the grapple with ease.
"Don't cling to me like that. Do you really think I enjoy being hugged by a sweaty guy?"
With a casual heave, Finn tossed Laxus directly into Natsu's path.
"Eh?" Laxus blinked in shock.
Natsu's eyes bulged in horror, unable to stop his momentum as his ultimate fiery barrage slammed directly into Laxus!
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
A massive explosion of fire and lightning engulfed the street. Yet, Finn knew the ridiculous rules of this world all too well. When Fairy Tail members hit each other with lethal magical attacks, it rarely resulted in death; it usually just triggered a comedic, soot-covered reaction before they stubbornly stood back up.
Finn sighed helplessly. I guess I just have to beat them down the old-fashioned way. If I break enough bones, they will soon be defeated.
As Laxus was blown away by the friendly fire, Natsu suddenly found Finn standing directly in front of him. Before he could react, Finn launched a simple, devastatingly fast punch.
"Ghnh!" Natsu gagged, feeling as though his stomach had just been gouged out by a cannonball.
But Finn wasn't finished. Before the force could send Natsu flying, Finn's hand snapped out, violently grabbing the Dragon Slayer by the neck. Pulling him downward, Finn drove a vicious knee directly into Natsu's face.
Crack!
Natsu's nose shattered, blood spraying into the air as his eyes rolled back. His body swayed like a broken puppet, but Finn merely planted his feet and unleashed a merciless, high-speed barrage of punches—mirroring Natsu's own rapid-fire technique.
BOOOOOM! BOOOOM! BOOOOOM! BOOOOOM! BOOOOOM!
There was zero mercy in the assault; every single strike carried the intent to completely defeat the Salamander. The sheer, suffocating pressure of the rush tore through Natsu's defenses, rendering him completely helpless. To Natsu, it felt like drowning in a violent, bottomless ocean. No matter how desperately he tried to swim to the surface, he was only sinking deeper into the crushing darkness.
But in that critical moment—
"Ice-Make: Floor!"
The cobblestones beneath Finn instantly flash-froze, encasing his boots in thick, absolute-zero ice, aiming to lock him entirely in place. Or, at least, that was what the caster desperately hoped.
"Now!" Gray shouted, panting heavily from the rubble.
Yet, Finn merely flexed his calves and took a casual step forward. The ice shattered instantly, crumbling into useless powder.
"..." Gray stared in absolute, deadpan silence.
But Gray wasn't acting alone. Recovering from the crash, Gajeel launched his own desperate counterattack!
"Karma Demon: Iron God Sword!"
Clapping his hands violently together above his head, Gajeel summoned a colossal, skyscraper-sized greatsword composed of pure, dense iron, bringing it crashing down on Finn like a guillotine! A direct hit from this spell was meant to be an absolute, lethal finisher!
Yet, Finn didn't even bother to dodge. As the massive blade descended, he simply raised his bare fist and punched it.
Crack!
The gigantic iron sword instantly spider-webbed with fractures before shattering into hundreds of metallic shards.
"Eh?" Gajeel blinked, stunned for a fraction of a second, before his expression twisted into a grim, furious snarl. Deep down, he had expected this. If one giant sword wasn't enough to crush this monster, he would just have to forge a hundred more!
Yet, amidst the desperate, chaotic scramble, a blinding, holy light suddenly pierced through the dust.
Laxus, who had been knocked down by Natsu's misfired attack, was forcing himself back to his feet. Only this time, he wasn't gathering lightning. He was chanting the strongest magic of Fairy Tail—a spell forged with the sole purpose of obliterating the enemies!
"Gather!" Laxus roared, thrusting his fist high into the sky.
A divine, shimmering aura erupted from his body, casting a radiant halo over the battlefield. The entire stadium gasped in shock.
"That magic..."
"Is he really going to use that?!"
"Seriously?!"
No one could stop him. Laxus knew that raw elemental magic was utterly useless against Finn; if he wanted to secure this victory, he had to rely on a true miracle!
"O river of light that guides the fairies! Shine! In order to perish the fangs of evil!
FAIRY GLITTER!"
Along with his earth-shaking roar, an orbital ring of blinding, celestial light manifested in the sky above. With the force of divine judgment, a colossal pillar of absolute light crashed down, completely engulfing Finn!
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!
The explosion of holy magic silenced the entire capital. It was a spell of absolute eradication, one of the Three Great Fairy Magics designed to erase any threat to the guild from existence.
"It's over..."
Panting heavily, Laxus fell to one knee. Beside him, Natsu, Gray, and Gajeel were barely holding themselves up. They were entirely exhausted, drained of every last drop of magic, and harboring a lingering, silent terror at just how monstrous Finn truly was.
Yet, as the blinding pillar of light began to fade... a slow, calm footstep echoed through the ringing silence.
Tap.
"No way..."
"Are you serious?!"
"Somebody tell me this is an illusion!"
But the horrifying reality slowly revealed itself through the dispersing holy light. There, standing in the epicenter of the crater carved by Fairy Glitter, Finn casually brushed some dust off his shoulder.
He was completely unharmed.
