When an incubus gathers three Soul Locks their contract is fulfilled and she will be ready to ascend into a succubus. The three elder succubi of the Tribunal award them with a new succubus form influenced by the type of souls she gathered.

I changed the title from the poll, because it fits better to the story of this chapter, but don't worry, you are still getting the dog girl you voted for. It's just that Locke has some transforming to do first.

Curios, im sure it’s true but were the three characters from chapter 2 (fleece, fang, Locke) going to be sort of reoccurring characters at times rather than one and done? I assume so with the code names and group up but wanted to ask confirmation.

The "scientists" are succubi gatekeeping the true knowledge about transformation. So Fleece could have been chosen to become a succubus, if she didn't become a morphie along the way. To make it simple: Morphology is not really a science, more like soul magic, but to keep the secret the Morphology Institute exists.
