Risky Potion Effects - Random Table (Patreon)

Hello, adventurers!We’ve all had that one player who simply can’t resist trying every mysterious potion they stumble upon in a dungeon. Sometimes tremendous risk is followed by even greater reward, that’s why I created the Risky Potion!

Some effects are permanent, others temporary. Some are blessings, others curses. But most importantly: you drink at your own risk!

But what if a player wants to examine the potion instead of gulping it down blindly? In that case, you can reveal the effect beforehand and let them decide whether to drink it themselves… or pass it on to their best friend!
