You all know I like to add at least one model per collection to Makerworld as a thanks to the community, however this time I wanted to make something unique and different just for Makerworld so I designed these gift card holders to match the notebook collection! 📒🎀

Fits standard gift cards, same size as credit cards: around 85mm x 54mm. Prints in 3 pieces: the bottom, tray for the card and the top design. You will need an AMS for the design on the top piece. No supports required.Assembly: Glue the top to the bottom and slide the tray in, the inserts should help with positioning and just click in. If the fit is tight you may not need glue but it depends on printer tolerances. I suggest glue if you find it loose just so it doesn't come apart randomly (wouldn't want that gift card falling out!)

The tray has a small insert that clicks into a gap on the bottom piece. This is to help secure the tray so it doesn't fall out easily when turned upside down. This is meant to be a LOOSE fit but enough to hold the tray in place. The tray has a small gap at the top with the bow to make it easier to remove if the tray ends up being a bit tightly inserted.

If you want to secure the gift card to the tray I recommend some blu-tack so it's easily removed afterwards without affecting the tray or the card much.

3MF included has editable text so you can change the names on the top piece. I've also included a blank version if you want to write on it instead or add a decal/sticker. Instructions are included in the Makerworld post on how to edit the text.

How can I print 5 colors with AMS?

AniMai Designs

Hi, if you only have 1 AMS you will need to swap the blue to black. You can either delete the blue completely or use the paint tool to paint the blue piece black instead.
