At our last Sapphic Slumber Party we had a clipboard and a spontaneous poll broke out. I would love to see your thoughts! The question is: WOULD YOU FUCK, OR DATE, YOUR CLONE? (This person is an exact duplicate of yourself mind and body.)  (I tried posting this once and the app fucked it up, apologies if it’s not working.)

i don’t know that i’d rule out dating my clone but i’m also not sure how it would work. i guess our experiences would start diverging so we’d become somewhat different people so maybe it could work! i’m not ruling it out i guess!

I’ve asked some of my friends whether they’d hook up with an exact copy of themselves or a gender-swapped version of themselves. The answers were a mixed bag. Personally I’d hook up with either or both XD.

I am always SHOCKED that people aren’t into the idea 😹 I would be down with either or both as well. And fucking a partner and their clone? Ideal! Just all of it, yes. Guess it’s good to be versatile? 😇

I have an identical twin, so the question isn't hypothetical for me.

I’d be curious to date my clone, I think it would be a learning experience. Definitely fucking my clone tho for sure 💯

Laura

yes absolutely no question!

Actually, I've had a dream -- once or twice -- about this exact thing. Except it wasn't a clone, per say. And in those situations my dream self absolutely would, at least. Maybe it was because it was a dream, and dream logic is weird, but it was actually the first thing on my mind. At the time, I was really socially anxious as well, and the main feeling was something to the effect of "how wonderful, I have nothing to worry about here". So, I think that was likely the main reason.
