Inversion (Patreon)

Joie has an inversion chair for yoga at her place... I like to play with it a little. It activates my circus muscles from my lyra training days, it feels good to put the world upside down and find balance. (What a libra thing to say...)

My butt looks so good in the top pic! Makes me wish I had an aerial hoop somewhere to hang around on. I miss defying gravity just a little. And I miss dancing and sweating while a bass beat vibrates through me. And I miss my yoga classes with my adorable old Ukrainian teacher.

I miss all the ways I moved my body before all of this. I’m getting soft. I don’t mind so much, but I do miss feeling strong.
