Important Update - Audible Release (Patreon)

Updates -

Heey!

Ancient Being -

Officially removing book 2 later today (the 18th of december) you got a few hours to binge if you haven't caught up. Going to end up being exhausted during the release of book 2 too. Hopefully it goes super well. We've reached 153 pre-orders! Hopefully that is enough to push up into triple digit rank or further up once its starts snowballing.

Update 1 -

Releasing on the 19th as you all know.

As Magnus Grey so eloquently said -

[The first few weeks after a new book hits the market are critical. More downloads, page reads, ratings, and reviews will encourage the algorithm to favor the story and convince more prospective readers to give it a try, helping Skill Eater find new eyeballs and reach its full potential. In short, clicking those buttons and sharing your thoughts is voting for the success of the series in a literal way.

It has been my dream for over 10 years to write for a living full time, and this is the moment of truth. If Skill Eater does well, I will be able to write more books, more often, pumping out those pages every day to bring you the absolute best stories I can write.

Even if you don’t plan on reading it right away, downloading the book will make a big difference. So please, if you have kindle unlimited, head over to zon, add it to your library right now, and open to page one. If you don’t, I would deeply appreciate it if you showed your support for the series by purchasing a copy, but it would also mean a lot if you left a review, even if you can’t pick one up right now (if Amazon allows you do so).]

Hence, this call to action post!

Release Date for Ancient Being is the 19th for book 2 and we have until the 24th to reach the maximum level possible! Take a moment and head to goodreads or amazon to leave a review/rating!Ratings/Reviews on GoodReads - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/243450467and only Reviews are possible on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2L4RYHD

Update 2 -

Same thing as above but for Audible. I dont have access to data on pre-orders etc... but the sales rank suggests that I've been getting 1-2 sales a day, which is pretty decent I think. https://www.audible.com/pd/Ancient-Being-Predecessor-of-the-Primordial-Era-Audiobook/B0G5B6DVPL

Update/Information 3 -

I spoke with a publisher in the industry at length a while back that cleared up a lot of misconceptions I had about the Amazon Algo system. Reviews and Rating are only slightly important for the First Five Days from the date of Release. What counts the most are a few things that increase in importance:

I hit 118 Pre-orders for ebook book 2! Woot! Audio just launched and I dont think I have access to stats for now. Pre-Orders count as 2 book sales. One for when you click to buy and one for when it is released and charges your account.

Reviews and Ratings are only important to show other people on amazon if your story is worth reading and dont really effect the algo... Where was that information the past week?! xD

Sales Sales Sales. The goal is to get into Recently Released top 10 for a great Run. In order to do so I need tons of sales via KU/Audible or orders.

Just downloading the book on KU/Audible is enough to boost the system

Flipping the pages all the way to the end quickly is better

Actually reading is held the weightiest among them as it counts how long you've read per page etc...

Hence 2 important things -

Imma run a promotional free gift ebook for you all because they count as sales as well and since you are all awesome. Ill also try to figure out how to get gift codes for the audio too!

I can get and pay for a set number to gift you all, hence please Dm me or respond down below so I can get a proper number in to order for you all and add you to the sheet so I dont forget.

Take the code and apply it or it doesnt count xD

Ill figure out more ideas to give you all extra free stuff

US codes only though.

For those that miss out on the promotional gift codes, I'll have the ebook on sale once I figure out how to do that for if you dont have KU.

Thank you sincerely,
