Hi, Josh, I enjoyed Ken Burns' "Baseball" series, so this documentary footage is fun. But I've never heard of baseball pitchers, or pitching staffs, called "batteries." I think this is the kind of ad a whicht Mad magazine used to poke fun. It's classic, in its approach of setting up buy-in through something popular but unrelated, but the hand-off to the product just seems clumsy to me. On the other hand, your riffs make it fun. :)

"He was a great pitcher once." "Adjusted for inflation." LOL. fave riff. "...won and lost in an area no bigger than your backyard" How large a backyard does he think I have?! Maybe if I had trained guinea pigs to play baseball... "always good for a laugh after the game" and good for a laugh *during* the game! "based on a pun so labored it should unionize" no kidding. Wow. Product even less integrated than your average Jam Handy flick. Tsk tsk. (Honest question, is "batteries" really a baseball term?)
