This week it's another Coronet classroom short, like a cozy old blanket. Full of pet hair and nettles.

Hi, Josh, I think maybe MST3K also did this short, but I don't remember anything from it, except that they made fun of who the fat kid looked like, and I think you left him alone. Good for you. :) I've never been a fat kid, but I've struggled for decades to overcome my one prejudice: against fat people. For about 20 years, most of my closest friends have been overweight or even obese, so I've made progress. This treatment by you was even more fun, when I didn't catch any fat jokes. Not that I would really mind fat jokes, but that may be a remaining problem with me.

@3:00 are we gonna talk about the dark spirit of PREVENT FIRE, ooorrrr... "Do films also benefit from editing and clarity?" We may never know.

I don't know if Rifftrax ever did this one, but I'm pretty sure MST3K never did. I would think Josh would want to avoid re-treading that territory, anyway.

Looks like Rifftrax did this short back in 2010. I don't think there's really a problem with shorts getting multiple riffs from different sources though. Josh has tackled some shorts that Rifftrax has covered, but the reverse is also true. There's plenty of room for multiple funny takes on most shorts.

I agree that multiple riff are a more-the-merrier thing. Maybe some day, at a big convention, or if someone can create a virtual shared space, there will be a riffer summit, with several riffers creating different commentaries on a common subject.
