Gun boi update: teasing (Patreon)

Updated the doc for gun boi with a 1.5k word in total, scene focused mostly on him teasing you verbally and using his hands to tease you more.  The actual length is shorter due to the amount of variants. After this, there's only the scene earning your discount left, and then his side quest.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dB00iH7Pz-lfeduzkEYdef1FBevvena6tQj5x0q3in4/edit?usp=sharing
