some player downloaded the game and started it up...And it's stuck on the loading circle

for anyone in windows 10 that needs help, these are the steps i took to get it to work. First go to language setting and then download the chinese language pack but dont set it as the display for obvious reasons. second click on administrative language settings, Then go to the bottom part where it talks about unicode, this is system locale. Finally change that setting from enlish to chinese(simplifed, china) and then restart. THEN AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, Reextract the game files onto your desktop, you cannot use the only files from my experience, these files should have normal chinese text rather than gibberish.
