When this originally ran, I was aiming to set up for some sort of political gag-a-day comic that never really panned out. Therefore you have chuds like Russell here, and I even tried to both-sides it and steel-man some of his arguments with developments in the story. That was not my greatest idea.

While there will still be some politics in this newly packaged version of the story, it's much simpler to realize this guy is just a dick.
