Poll

What should KibblesTasty work on? The March/April Poll

  • Artificer v1.7 - Update to account for recent events, new upgrades and feedback. 14
  • Artificer v2.0 - The big update for making it a standalone class. 20
  • Psion v1.1 - Projector or Translocation powers and a new subclass, and the first round of feedback. 11
  • Spirit Shifter Druid - a Druid gish that uses Wildshapes to assume the powers of spirit beasts without transforming completely. 5
  • Gravity Spells - polish pass and new spells. 4
  • Time Spells - a new addition to ancient arcana for shifting and manipulating time. 4
  • Space Spells - a new addition to ancient arcana for better manipulating space and distance. 4
  • Bard subclass - we don't have one of those yet. 2
  • Cleric subclass - there are a lot of those, but there is always room for more. 0
  • Update and polish for Barbarian subclasses - Path of the Dragon and Path of the Bladestorm 2
  • Warlord v1.3 - More Warlord stuff for better lording over war. 9
  • Revised Beast Master Ranger - I will eventually take a crack at this, it's inevitable. 3
  • Update to the rogue archetypes - both were interesting but could use work. 1
  • More subclass options in general! 2
  • Wisdom based full caster - new class for Shamans, Witches and more. 8
  • Feats - while I've added some feats here and there, I could put out a more comprehensive list of feats. 9
  • Gish Spells - I think the main thing missing from most Gish builds is just better spells to support it. 8
  • Crafting - stop dodging the issue and try to come up with a crafting guide for 5e to supplement Artificer. 15

As always, these polls contain a lot of options, and you can vote on more than one. This poll is used to guage long term interest and plans, and I will not always exactly follow it to the letter, but I will use it to make an informed decision about what people want.

Some things skip ahead, like Noble patron requests (1/month) and ideas I have that I just feel like should be a thing and have sudden inspiration for :)

If you want to add options, just leave a comment below!

The poll is maybe best viewed as "what are you most interested in" as simpler things require a lot less votes to get done than more complicated things. For example, both Artificer 1.7 and Artificer 2.0 are on the poll, and I expect many people will vote for both of them, but if almost everyone votes for 2.0 instead, perhaps I just skip ahead; that sort of thing.

Some things are in the queue for sure for end of March/early April:

-New warlord archetype; a master of the skirmishing, trapping, ambushes and guerrilla warfare.

-Another paladin archetype, TBD.

-DM Mechanic, the Inspiration system I use in my games; probably not something a lot of people are interested in, but might I already have it so I may as well share it :)

Remember, you can select all you think are interesting.

Definitely in favour for more Artificer stuff! Whether it be crafting, 1.7 or 2.0 (but I'd take 1.7 over 2.0 so more feedback and playtesting could be implemented!)

Cody Spring

What do you mean by “stand-alone” in reference to Artificer 2.0?

Jaime Rump

I voted crafting because I'm playing a warsmith and that's a pain point for me right now. In particular, I haven't found any rules for replicating a magic item that my character knows exists, or even has access to. The official crafting rules barely cover on finding a formula in a book somewhere and don't even touch on anything else. That said, I'm also really interested in artificer 2.0, so you can count me toward that too.

Hey I know this is kind of a different topic than the other things, but I would really like a summary of what your process is when you design/create a class, from 0.1 to 1.3-ish. I'm exceedingly happy about the latest Artificer and Psion developments, but I would also like to learn a thing or two from you!

BearSheriff

So I voted Artificer 2.0, I literally am about to start a campaign with TWO of my players playing an Artificer. The Crafting guide is also really wanted. The Psion 1.1 would also be amazing. Too many great options!
