The head liner change here is a new version of Overwhelming Mark, Overwhelming Mark has plagued the class a little bit from the unset of having a similar problem to stunning strike - while in terms of balance a feature that is somewhere between overpowered and useless might be just right, it was often frustrating to use and to fall victim to, as stun as a condition is very powerful.

Two changes have been introduced to address that:

Overwhelming Mark itself no longer stuns, and no inflicts the Staggered condition without a save, reducing the effectiveness of the target, but not leaving them completely debilitated.

Oversight has been replaced with a revamped Press the Attack at level 9, which brings back the ability to try to stun a target with Overwhelming mark, but at the cost of an additional leadership die and your reaction...  but with the benefit you now have a little more control which attack you want to attempt to stun on. I feel this keeps the tactical opportunities of it, but moves stun much later (9th level now) and means you are effectively only getting one shot to stun, but can use that shot with better planning.

Additionally we now have the Expanded Tactics! [PDF] The Gifted (which we have seen before) and the Spellweaver, which comes from our Twitch Stream! As always, feel free to let me know your thoughts and feedback; they'll still need a bit more polish, but will be heading out for the public eye shortly :)

Full Changelog:

### v1.4

Overwhelming Mark reworked; now staggers instead of stuns, but has no save.

Oversight replaced with Press the Attack (new design)

Press the Attack grants additional options for capitalizing on marks.

#### Chieftain

Reckless Assault damage lowered to half the temporary hit points spent. This still makes it a very efficient way to deal damage with leadership dice, but provides steeper penalty for use and less effectiveness.

#### Noble

Redoubled Effort now grants damage to allies you how give battlfield presence to as well.

Overall not massive changes; the majority of the feedback says the Warlord is in a pretty good spot right now. I'll be keeping an eye and tweaked this or that as well as adding new content, but so far pretty happy with the base class, particularly if the overwhelming mark change sorts out the concerns there.

PDF will be added when GMBinder is finished processing, but it does not seem to like the thought of that right now. May have to try again later.

5e - Warlord (KibblesTasty) by KibblesTasty

Two vast armies stand across the field of death, fear gripping the heart of every soldier. From their ranks, the banner is carried forth - a shining beacon without fear. Before they even know it, their feet pound across the ground, their fear left behind as they follow their symbol of hope to victory.
