A friend of mine posted how things were really hard for them, they doubted themselves and things seemed horrible when they should have been good. Then when things got better they started feeling more confident and everything suddenly shifted to be better and come out right. Honestly, from a psychological standpoint as well, having confidence can be hard, especially when you internalize things and just get stuck in your own head. I have to remind myself of my good qualities sometimes when I go into a "why me?" mindset. We all have good qualities worth taking pride in, and I believe our mindset shifts of confidence help our perspectives improve, focusing on solutions above the problems. The world doesn't always fall into place when you're confident, but the challenges that were going to be there anyways do seem less daunting.
