guardians are not his friends. Guardians r basically the strongest npc in nazarick they are assigned to each floor of the nazarick hence they are called floor guardians, and the npc called momonga and his friends who created them "the supreme beings".

"Otoko no ko" means boy (男の子) if used normally, but in this context it is a different word same reading (男の娘) young boy, who is crossdressing and feminine. Shalltear speaks in dialect (fictional). Like in any game people do some stuff as form of joke or because it looks cool.
