Speedwagon basically used his own body temperature to thaw out zeppelis frozen hand. For example to make it more simple same as placing a ice cube on your hand, it starts to melt. Hopefully this made it clearer.

What he meant by people treating frostbite by putting their hand inside a “Seal” was was like the animal, 🦭 a seal, I’m not confident that Araki writing that in 1987, before the internet, knew what he was talking about about quite a LOT of things, but it’s the same idea as in one of the Star Wars movies, a character has to survive the night on a freezing planet by hiding in the corpse of a big winter animal BTW, the knights are totally made up, I think probably most of what was said about the queens too

Paul Shuster

In Jack London's story, The Call of the Wild, a man tries to put his frozen hands inside of an animal (a sled dog) to warm them up. Queen Elizabeth I and her relative Mary Stuart had a political dispute over the throne of England in the Elizabethan age, which ended with Elizabeth having Mary executed.
