Captain America is undoubtedly one of Marvel's greatest superheroes - and it's not just because of the suit or what he can do. It's what he represents, what he inspires, he's an untiring sentinel of liberty and justice.

As for how Captain America slept for 70 years, a combination of being frozen in the ice and the healing ability from the serum kept him preserved all that time. The healing isn't quite so strong to make it so he doesn't age, but it would keep him healthy for a long time even if he wasn't frozen in the ice. As far as why they didn't find him, it certainly wasn't for lack of trying. The problem was that the place he crashed in was extremely remote, and they had no idea where to look until he was discovered by complete accident.

As of typing this comment i wish i was frozen like Steve, it so warm outside 🥵 but anyways yes Steve got Frozen in the Ice when he crashed, he only survived because of the changes his body went trough, and Red Skull (Schmidt) his face looks like that because of the imperfect version of the Serum deformed his face, he wore a synthetic mask to hide it. I'm not the biggest fan of Captain America but this was another great Marvel movie, Chris Evans did a fantastic job as Steve, same as Hugo Weaving (that elf guy from LotR as you called him 😂) did a fantastic role as Red Skull.

39:33 they have another actor and they map his face over him, as a matter of fact @ 1:17:00, the bartender talking to Steve IS skinny Steve 😂. random: my favourite Cap outfit is the prison rescue outfit and the ww2 post rescue outfit, look badass. His avenger outfit look like the stage outfit, classic Captain America, not my cup of tea, too cartoony.

During actual World War 2 Captain America, and superman were made as propaganda characters like how Captain America was used after first getting his powers.

If you rewatch the final scene of the Thor movie, you'll notice it's the same cube—the Tesseract—that S.H.I.E.L.D. is safeguarding. And now, we see that Loki has his eyes on it.
